NOTICE TO ALL HAWAIIAN SUBJECTS & RESIDENTS WITHIN THE HAWAIIAN KINGDOM

KULEANA OF REPORTING
Under the authority of the Office of Hawaiian Subjects (OHS) and the Ministry of Hawaiian Subjects & Humanitarian Affairs (MOHSA), all Hawaiian Subjects and residents within the territorial jurisdiction of the Hawaiian Kingdom are hereby encouraged and authorized to submit reports of unlawful acts, violations, or humanitarian concerns affecting Hawaiian Subjects, families, and communities.
This reporting process ensures that every act of injustice, abuse, or deprivation is recorded under Kingdom jurisdiction and forwarded to the International Criminal Court (ICC), United Nations Human Rights Council (OHCHR), and other lawful bodies for investigation.
WHAT TO REPORT
1. Humanitarian and Human Rights Violations
Report any acts that violate the dignity, safety, or welfare of Hawaiian Subjects:
Unlawful arrest, confinement, or detention by U.S. or State of Hawai‘i authorities
Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination based on Hawaiian identity or Kingdom status
Denial of visitation, communication, or access to family and lawful counsel
Inhumane treatment or neglect of Hawaiian detainees
2. Jurisdictional and Sovereignty Violations
Report instances where foreign entities unlawfully impose jurisdiction over Hawaiian Subjects or lands:
Court cases, fines, taxes, or penalties issued under U.S. or State of Hawai‘i authority
Seizure, lien, or auction of property without lawful Kingdom authorization
Misuse or forgery of Hawaiian Kingdom documents, seals, or names
Refusal by officials to acknowledge Kingdom status or documentation
3. Land, Cultural, and Environmental Offenses
Report harm against the land (‘āina), waters, or sacred spaces:
Desecration of burials, cultural sites, or ancestral grounds
Unlawful construction, exploitation, or environmental degradation
Denial of cultural access or traditional gathering rights
4. Fraud, Misrepresentation, or Impersonation
Report fraudulent claims or abuse involving Hawaiian identity or government agencies:
False issuance or misuse of Hawaiian Kingdom documents or IDs
Impersonation of OHS or Kingdom officials
Unauthorized collection of funds in the name of the Kingdom
5. Humanitarian Assistance Needs
Request immediate humanitarian support for:
Detained or missing Hawaiian Subjects
Families in distress or facing forced removal
Victims of unlawful eviction, job loss, or denial of rights under occupation
HOW TO FILE A REPORT
All reports shall be submitted to the Ministry of Hawaiian Subjects & Humanitarian Affairs (MOHSA) through the official reporting channel:

Full Name of Reporter
Status (Hawaiian Subject, family member, or witness)
Contact Information (phone, email, or mailing address)
Date, Time, and Location of the incident
Names of Persons or Agencies Involved
Description of the Incident – what occurred and how it affected you or others
Attachments or Evidence (if available):
Photos, letters, court papers, identification, or video
Declaration:
“I submit this report truthfully and in good faith under Hawaiian Kingdom law.”
CONFIDENTIALITY & RECORD PROTECTION
All reports are confidential and will be archived in the OHS Digital Vault under the Protection of Subject Data Policy.
Only authorized officers of the Ministry and OHS Investigation Division may access report files.
AFTER YOU SUBMIT
You will receive an acknowledgment email within 3–5 business days.
Your case will be assigned an OHS Reference Number (OHS-RN).
A Humanitarian Affairs Officer will contact you for verification and next steps.
Verified cases are referred to OHS Legal Division, Human Rights Liaison, and International Authorities.
LAWFUL NOTICE
The Ministry operates under the Hawaiian Kingdom’s continuing jurisdiction and the protections of the Fourth Geneva Convention (1949).
All reports are considered official government records and may be used for international accountability, restitution, or legal remedy.
